Bartelt Packaging Partners with Umbra Packaging as New North American Master Distributor

SARASOTA, FL, September 25, 2025 – Bartelt Packaging, a ProMach brand and global leader in flexible packaging machinery, is proud to announce a strategic partnership with Umbra Packaging, s.r.l., an Italian manufacturer specializing in large-bag packaging machinery. Under this agreement, Bartelt will serve as the exclusive North American master distributor for Umbra’s innovative bagging and palletizing solutions.
Umbra Packaging is known for its “big bag” filling systems, ideal for heavy fills of bulk, powder, or granular products. Their equipment supports a wide range of industries including pet care, cereals and seeds, fertilizer, ingredients, household products, animal feed, and veterinary supplements.
Umbra’s large-format pouch machines are designed to produce a variety of pouch styles, including paper, PE, and multi-layer materials, with a range of filling and closing options to meet diverse product requirements.
