Technology: Full Shape Sealing (FShS)
FLtècnics has designed and produced a new sealing system to achieve a full shape for pouches with top spout and pouches with corner spout, especially reinforcing the joints where the vertical sealings and the bottom sealing meet, due to fully-shaped sealers that actuate on four sealing points.
These pouches can be produced by any FLtècnics machine models. The pouches are ideal for liquid applications which are produced with BV, V, W and H machine models.
