Bartelt Packaging offers robust and flexible packaging solutions for a wide range of detergent and laundry products, including dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets, and more. With pouching machines and cartoners, we have multiple formats to meet your packaging needs.

The Bartelt RPM Series, BRS Series and MAG Series are machines designed for horizontal form fill seal applications, ideal for packaging laundry or dish detergent pods. All models are compatible with child-resistant zipper profiles.

The RPM Series machines feature double pouch clamps for handling heavier fill weights and larger pouch sizes. This space-saving rotary turret system reaches speeds up to 60 cycles per minute, with optional duplex configurations producing up to 110-120 pouches per minute.

The BRS Series machines are versatile pouching systems for zippered stand-up pouches. They can produce large-format pouches for detergent pods at speeds up to 100 pouches per minute. The BRS-200 and BRS-260 models feature dual bag clamps, making them ideal for heavier weight applications.

The MAG Series is a horizontal form fill seal machine that incorporate advanced magnetic linear technology, offering independently controlled double pouch clamps and seal bars for maximum flexibility. Pouch formats can be changed at the press of a button

FLtècnics, a ProMach brand, provides horizontal form-fill-seal pouch-making technology in both carousel and walking-beam styles. Their machines can produce flat, stand-up, shaped, and zippered pouches with either top spouts or corner spouts, using a single spout applicator for unmatched versatility.

The Bartelt BIC-L Cartoner is ideal for cartoning stacks of dryer sheets into hood-style end-panel opening cartons. This intermittent motion cartoner features a multi-head rotary carton feeder, servo-driven product inserter, and servo rotary flap tuckers, delivering excellent control at speeds up to 60 cycles per minute.
