Bartelt HAB - VCC

The Bartelt HAB-VCC is an automatic-bottom cartoner specifically designed for vertical packing of fragile or irregularly shaped products. The model can operate as a stand-alone machine or paired with the VCC vertical carton closer for a complete packaging solution.   • Cartons are manually loaded into the carton magazine
  • Extruded, clear anodized aluminum frame provides durability and corrosion resistance
  • Horizontal pneumatic carton pick-off ensures efficient handling from the magazine
  • Carton blanks are removed from the bottom of the magazine using vacuum cups
  • As the carton is drawn across the table, a mechanism positively locks the bottom tabs to ensure reliable and repeatable carton erection
  • A discharge cylinder pushes the erected carton from the table onto an optional discharge conveyor for automatic or manual product loading
  • After product loading, the carton is transferred into the optional VCC model for closure
  • The tuck portion of the tuck flap is pre-conditioned and guided into the top of the carton
  • A closure cylinder locks the top flap, and the finished carton is discharged onto an optional conveyor
