It can handle a variety of pharmaceutical products such as cough drops, swabs, transdermal pain relief patches, supplements, powders, and even single-serve sachets. The IM poucher comes with several options such as re-closable zipper assembly, pouch coding (emboss, inkjet, laser, thermal transfer), dust control, and top seal cleaning.

FLtècnics horizontal form fill seal and pre-made pouch machines offer an efficient way to produce pouches for various pharmaceutical products. With options for flat, stand-up, shaped, and zippered pouches, our machines can also produce pouches with spouts, valves, or other configurations for liquids, creams, or gel-type pharmaceuticals.

The Bartelt IMC Cartoner is an intermittent motion cartoner that provides operational flexibility to run a full size-range of products, including bags, pouches, trays, flow-wraps, or a variety of loose or stacked products. Its open-frame design makes cleaning easy, and with servo technology, changing from one product to another is a breeze. The IMC cartoner can stack and carton multipacks of items, making it a perfect match for the IM poucher. It can handle pouches of towelettes, swabs, and more, with speeds of up to 60 cycles per minute.

For high-speed loading of pouches or bags into cartons, the Bartelt CMC Cartoner is a reliable machine that provides full servo control. With operating rates of up to 400 cycles per minute, the CMC cartoner is a high-performance horizontal, continuous motion cartoning machine that offers fast, flexible, and efficient packaging solutions.
