FL 2.2 / 2.6 / 3.3 Large Stand-up or Sachet Pouches w/Rollstock & Walking Beam Technology
For customers that require robust and versatile equipment to pack their products in stand-up pouches or big sachets, we offer models with walking beam technology and fast changeover. The series is built in stainless steel, and can be customized to meet specific customer requirements.
Wide format range, easy changeover, variety of filling systems and all type of fitments (spouts, zipper, shapes, etc.) can be added these machines.
This series is capable of producing simplex, duplex, or triplex, to achieve the desired speed up to 160 ppm, and for volumes up to 4 liters.

Why
- Because of the change in consumer needs, and new market trends in flexible packaging, the stand-up “Doypack” pouch with corner spout is starting to dominate the market. Spouts can be large or small, in the corner or at the top of the pouch. The attributes of this pouch style include its user-friendly design, ability to be reclosed, environmentally friendly and its low cost compared with glass.
- Thanks to the excellent barrier properties used in stand-up pouches with corner spouts, the product inside is protected from moisture and light, increasing its shelf-life. The stand-up pouch with corner spout has an intuitive conception, flexibility in sizes, different shapes of presentation, reduced price and re-closable after using, for these reasons, we believe it has become a less costly alternative for the consumer.
