The IM Poucher with one or more auger fillers is an ideal choice for smaller 3 or 4 side seal pouches that would be ideal for powdered pet supplements or small bags of pet treats. Stand up pouches are also possible. Pouches can be filled in simplex or duplex mode.

The K-Series and RPM horizontal form fill seal pouching machines feature precision in each application that is also ideal for items like pet treats or dental chews. Maximum flexibility is achieved with pre-programmed recipe settings, allowing repeatable and reliable product and size changeover, with speeds up to 100 cycles per minute.

The MAG Series FS (fill seal) and FFS (form fill seal) solutions feature the latest magnetic linear technology. These systems have independently controlled double pouch clamps for maximum flexibility. By pressing one button, pouch formats are changed, reducing changeover time between simplex and duplex operation. Additional features on the MAG Series include a stainless steel open frame design, servo driven functions, and more. The MAG Series FS is ideal for filling pre-made, side-gusseted pouches of dog food.

FLtècnics has a series of machines with outstanding production performance for packaging small to large sized pet food pouches in a variety of bag styles, such as 3-4 side seals, gusseted, stand-up pouches, with or without zipper, and offer simplex, duplex, triplex and quadruplex options depending on the volume to fill and required production rates. FLtècnics can fill liquid pouches of dog supplements or flavor enhancers. FLtècnics also offers manufactured pouches with a top spout or a corner spout by using the same spout applicator so, with just one machine, all kinds of pouch presentations can be done: flat pouch, stand up, shaped and with zipper.

For extra-large pouches and larger volumes, the FLtècnics Carrousel series are a great option. Models K-3.2 and K-4.2 can fill a volume up to 7 liters reaching up to 120 bags per minute. The option of full servo motion is also available.

The Cetec Bagging System is another great option for extra large and larger volumes pouches. Cetec offers simplex and duplex fill and seal large format pre-made bag fill and seal machinery solutions to meet the customers speed requirements.

The Kayat 601-T and 801-T are continuous motion shrink wrappers perfect for wrapping pre-formed corrugate trays of canned pet foods with shrink film. Bottom overlap seal technology is utilized for stronger and better product presentation. These shrink wrapped trays of pet food are perfect for club store packages or for shipping bundles of cans.
